Return Process

Log in to your FoodSocial account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
- 2.Submit Documentation
For quality concerns or damaged food items, please upload a clear photograph of the product and its packaging to help our quality control team.
- 3.Package Your Items
Place non-perishable, unopened items back in their original shipping box with the provided packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once your return is inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 3-5 business days.
